Description | Smith writes to say that he will not send any more manuscripts for Bullock's wife Janet to read until her eyes are recovered. He also mentions Hobday, and publishing the second volume of the 'Early History of Veterinary Literature'. Smith asks Bullock if the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons has the money to buy Moorcroft manuscripts. He also mentions: summarising Coleman's lectures at the Royal Veterinary College; concerns about the health of Janet Bullock's eyes; receiving a letter from Major Landridge, great grandson of Bracy Clark, [catalogued at FS/3/1/13/52]; Dr Charles Singer requesting a paper by Smith for the Historical Section of the Royal Society of Medicine. |
