| Description | These papers record experiments and chemical analysis carried out by Smith during his time employed as Assistant Professor at the Army Veterinary School, Aldershot. Fluids and samples taken from horses being treated for various ailments were studied. The papers also include published articles relating to Smith's work, and photographs of Smith's laboratory and Aldershot Camp more generally.
